Salesperson with a Technical Background for Solectro – Lomma

Do you love talking to customers and have a strong technical interest? Do you want to work at a small family-oriented company based in Lomma where you will be an important part of the team? Here you will have the opportunity to become part of a small and close-knit team, where your role is broad and you will be involved in many aspects. You will take responsibility for contacts and visit new and existing customers. The company is growing, and we are looking for someone who wants a fun and creative job where no two days are alike.

In your role as a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling machines and automation components as well as various accessories. This area also includes some sales of extraction and filter systems tailored for our and other machines in the manufacturing industry. We want you to plan visits to both new and existing customers. We believe it is important and trust-building that you can professionally inform, demonstrate, and provide some training to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Visits to both new and existing customers
• Guide customers in choosing the right product for their needs, for a specific project, or spare parts for a machine
• Inform, demonstrate, and train our customers.
• Participate in fairs, seminars, exhibitions, etc. Help promote our products with your expertise and engagement.

Your Background:

We are looking for someone who is technically knowledgeable and has good experience in sales and customer service. You have a strong technical interest in electronics, mechanics, and automation. You have good computer skills and preferably master more than just Windows programs. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. You have a B driver's license and are willing to travel.

As a person, you are self-driven but also a significant part of our team. You can prioritize your time so that both sales to new customers and follow-ups with previous customers are completed. You enjoy working with technology and machines, showing your commitment through technical creativity and ideas. You like to work on many different tasks simultaneously, both high and low. We see that you are engaged and proactive with a cheerful and positive attitude. You are willing and find it exciting to learn new things.

About the Position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment with start as soon as possible or by agreement. Location in Lomma.
